Organization Development Specialist

This expatriate volunteering position requires someone who is professionally sound in organizational development fields. The key expectations from this incumbent are to development annual report, study the proejct papers and develop successful case studies, review organizational progress and recommend the strategic plan accordingly. Proposal development for fund raising capacity will be an additional performance.

The position is full time/part time /homebased assignment.
